As a result of Respondent's 1995 criminal conviction in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, by order of February 26, 1996, Respondent was placed on temporary suspension. By order of the Supreme Court of Ohio dated July 18, 2001, Respondent was disbarred from the practice of law in the state of Ohio. A Rule to Show Cause was issued on September 14, 2001, and on December 13, 2001, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court imposed the identical discipline as had been imposed in Ohio, by disbarring Respondent from the practice of law. |
