||Respondent was arrested on one count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance in violation of 35 P.S. §780-113(a)(30).
Respondent pleaded guilty and was sentenced to not less than 3 months nor more than 23 months at the Delaware County Prison. In addition, he was ordered to continue with AA and NA meetings, continue with psychiatric treatment, pay restitution in the amount of $165.00, forfeit his 1991 Toyota Celica and forfeit $51.00 that was in the car at the time of the arrest.
