By order of the Supreme Court of New Jersey dated May 4, 1999, Respondent was suspended from the practice of law in the State of New Jersey for a period of three months and until further order of the Court effective August 11, 1999. Respondent failed to timely report his suspension to the Disciplinary Board. Respondent’s suspension in New Jersey was based upon violation of RPC 5.1, failure to supervise an associate properly.
By Supreme Court order dated January 20, 2000, Respondent was suspended from the practice of law in this Commonwealth for a period of three months. |
