Respondent filed a Certificate of Admission of Disability pursuant to Pa.R.D.E. 301(e) dated May 28, 2002, contending that he is suffering from a disabling condition, which makes it impossible for him to prepare an adequate defense to disciplinary charges brought against him.
By order dated September 4, 2002, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania ordered that Respondent, who was suspended for a period of one year and one day by that Court’s order dated April 2, 2001, shall remain under suspension until further order of the Court. |
