By order dated March 5, 2002, the New Jersey Supreme Court suspended Respondent from the practice of law for a period of three months for misconduct including failure to abide by a client’s decision concerning the objectives of the representation, lack of diligence and failure to maintain a bona fide office.
By Notice and Order dated August 8, 2002, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court directed Respondent to inform the Court of any claim he had that the imposition of the identical or comparable discipline in this Commonwealth would be unwarranted and the reasons therefore. Respondent did not file a response.
By Order dated October 10, 2002, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court suspended Respondent for three months. |
