Case Digest Petitioner filed a Petition for Discipline as a result of Respondentís guilty plea to one charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. Respondent was stopped for failure to come to a complete stop at a stop sign. At that time, he showed indicia of driving under the influence of alcohol and was arrested. No one was hurt as a result of his conduct, and there was no property damage involved in the DUI incident. Respondent had one prior conviction of driving under the influence of alcohol which occurred prior to his admission to the Pa. Bar in 1999. Mitigating Factors- The attorney had no prior disciplinary history. The Hearing Committee was impressed with Respondentís willingness to accept responsibility and his sincere remorse and contrition. Moreover, Respondent changed his drinking habits as a result of his conviction
