By Order dated March 14, 2000, the Supreme Court of New Jersey continued Respondent’s suspension from the practice of law in the State of New Jersey for a period of three years, effective January 1, 1998, based on Respondent’s continuing to practice law while under a previous suspension.
Respondent failed to report his suspension to the Board Secretary as required by Pa.R.D.E. 216(e).
By order dated August 18, 2000, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania suspended Respondent from the practice of law in this Commonwealth for a period of three years. |
