Petitioner was disbarred on consent by Order of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania dated April 30, 1992. Petitioner filed a Petition for Reinstatement on November 5, 2001.
Petitioner was disbarred on consent in 1992 after she commingled and converted funds of clients held in her attorney trust account. Petitioner admitted that she converted funds in order to pay for office expenses. Petitioner made full restitution of the converted funds. Petitioner was not charged with any criminal conduct or subjected to criminal investigation with regard to the activity leading to her disbarment. Petitioner expressed remorse for her misconduct and accepted full responsibility for all of her actions. She feels she is not the person she was when she engaged in the misconduct as she has reconstructed her life both morally and professionally.
