Respondent was disbarred on consent effective February 15, 1995, pursuant to his conviction for conspiracy to possess cocaine with intent to distribute and money laundering. Respondent served seven months incarceration in a "boot camp." He was the "valedictorian" of his class. After his release, he worked as general manager of a restaurant. He produced character witnesses, and evidence of the necessary attendance at MCLE classes. The Hearing Committee found that he met his burden of proving that he was fit to resume the practice of law. |
