||Respondent was convicted of one count of Insurance Fraud, one count of Forgery and one count of Criminal Conspiracy. Respondent was sentenced to 200 hours of community service under the supervision of the Volunteers for the Indigent Program on the Forgery count and to no further penalty on the Insurance Fraud and Criminal Conspiracy counts.
The Majority of the Disciplinary Board recommended a suspension of one year. Seven members of the Disciplinary Board dissented and would recommend a suspension of one year and one day.
By Order dated July 29, 2004, upon consideration of the Report and Recommendations of the Disciplinary Board, the Petition for Review and response, the Supreme Court, without issuing an opinion, suspended Respondent for one year and one day.
