Case Digest Respondent was convicted for driving under the influence of alcohol. He also had a prior record of a private reprimand in 1999 as a result of a prior conviction in 1997, as well as another conviction for DUI. Respondent presented the testimony of a psychiatrist and others who discussed Respondent’s alcoholism and his current efforts to deal with it.
