Respondent was reciprocally suspended for three months, for like discipline imposed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey by Order dated June 15, 2004, effective July 16, 2004.
The New Jersey Supreme Court imposed a three-month suspension as a result of Respondent’s violating several New Jersey RPC’s, namely NJ RPC 3.3(a)(lack of candor to a tribunal), NJ RPC 4.1(a)(2)(failure to disclose a material fact to a third party in order to avoid assisting in a fraud), and NJ RPC 8.4(c)(conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation).
