Respondent was convicted in October 2003 of Driving Under the Influence and the Supreme Court directed that the Disciplinary Board initiate proceedings to determine the appropriate degree of discipline warranted by the conviction. After a Hearing Committee took evidence and the parties agreed with the Committee’s conclusion that a Private Reprimand was appropriate the hearing was concluded under abbreviated procedure and that recommendation was made to, and accepted by, the Disciplinary Board. A Private Reprimand was imposed by the Board. |
