After a bench trial, Respondent was convicted of two counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or a Controlled Substance (75 Pa.C.S.A. §3731(a)(1) and §3731(a)(4)(i). Respondent appealed the conviction to the Superior Court and the Superior Court affirmed the conviction. He filed an Application for Reargument and the Superior Court denied the Application. Respondent filed a Petition for Allowance of Appeal to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the Petition was denied. Respondent did not report the fact of his conviction to the Secretary of the Board within twenty days after the date of sentencing. At the disciplinary hearing, Respondent concurred with Disciplinary Counsel's recommendation for Private Reprimand. |
