Case Digest The first Petition involved Respondent not appearing before Chief Disciplinary Counsel for an informal admonition. The second Petition involved Respondent's neglect of a client's Living Trust, failure to provide the client with the basis or rate of fee in writing, failure to return client's calls and failure to refund the unearned fee to the client after agreeing to do so. Respondent did not file an Answer to the Petitions. Respondent attended the prehearing conference, at which he admitted the allegations of both Petitions and indicated he was suffering from a mental disability.
