By order filed December 27, 1999, the Supreme Court of New Jersey disbarred Respondent for misconduct involving gross neglect, a pattern of neglect, conflict of interest, misappropriation of client funds and conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation.
By Notice and Order dated March 23, 2000, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania directed Respondent to show cause why the imposition of identical or comparable discipline in this Commonwealth would be unwarranted and the reasons therefore. Respondent did not respond to the Rule to Show Cause.
By Order dated May 22, 2002, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania disbarred Respondent. |
