||By order of the Supreme Court of New Jersey dated October 29, 2001, Respondent was suspended from the practice of law for a period of three months and until the further order of the court, effective immediately. The court further ordered that prior to reinstatement to practice, Respondent shall provide proof of his fitness to practice law as attested to by a mental health professional approved by the Office of Attorney Ethics and shall obtain the approval of the Office of Attorney Ethics to his treatment plan. When reinstated he shall practice law under the supervision of a practicing attorney approved by the Office of Attorney Ethics.
Respondent failed to report the fact of his suspension to the Secretary of the Disciplinary Board within twenty days after the order imposing the suspension.
