||Respondent was arrested on two occasions, within a six-month period of time, and charged with DUI. Respondent was convicted of both DUI charges. Both convictions constituted “non-serious crimes.” Respondent was sentenced to one year of supervised probation for the first conviction and six months of Intermediate Punishment for the second conviction. Respondent violated her probation on multiple occasions and was ordered to serve six months of imprisonment.
