While employed by a law firm as a full-time associate, Respondent utilized firm resources to provide services to non-firm clients during time when he was responsible for performing services to the firm, directed firm and non-firm clients and obligors of such clients to remit fees and proceeds to him directly rather than to the firm, and failed to reveal to the firm that he had received fees for such services and to remit to the firm those fees for apportionment of the amount due to him. Respondent also used a name different from that on his attorney registration records.
