By Order of the Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey dated February 20, 2007, effective March 21, 2007, Respondent was suspended from the practice of law in the State of New Jersey for a period of one year and until the further Order of that Court. In the Matter of Michael L. Block, 189 N.J. 432, 916 A.2d 437 (2007). The New Jersey Supreme Court also imposed the following conditions: prior to reinstatement to practice, Respondent shall provide proof of his fitness to practice law as attested to by a mental health professional approved by the New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics (“NJOAE”); and upon reinstatement, Respondent shall practice under the supervision of a practicing attorney approved by the NJOAE for a period of two years and until the further Order of the New Jersey Supreme Court. Id. at 434, 916 A.2d at 438.
By reciprocal Order dated August 30, 2007, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania suspended Respondent “consistent with the Order of the Supreme Court of New Jersey dated February 20, 2007.”
