By Order 6/13/04, Petitioner was suspended for one year and one day for Petitioner’s unauthorized practice of law while on inactive status. By Order dated November 10, 2005, Petitioner was suspended for one year and one day consecutive to his prior suspension for the misappropriation of $6,587 from a client. On November 2, 2006, Petitioner filed a Petition for Reinstatement.
The Board noted that Petitioner expressed his sincere remorse and desire to re-enter the legal profession. The Board found that Petitioner has the moral qualifications, competency and learning in the law required for admission to practice law in this Commonwealth. The Board also found that Petitioner’s reinstatement would not be detrimental to the integrity and standing of the bar, the administration of justice or public interest. The Board unanimously recommended that Petitioner be reinstated to the practice of law. By Order dated November 7, 2007, the Court granted Petitioner’s Petitioner for Reinstatement.
