Respondent engaged in the practice of law in one matter while on inactive status. Respondent failed to notify the client that he was ineligible to practice law in the Commonwealth. During the course of the representation, Respondent failed to keep the client informed in regard to her legal status. Respondent failed to respond to the client’s request for information. Upon termination of representation, Respondent failed to promptly forward the client’s file, which included the client’s personal property, to her new attorney.
