Case Digest	By order of the New Jersey Supreme Court dated May 23, 2001, Mr. Donegan was disbarred for misappropriating client funds, engaging in fraud, deceit and misrepresentation, failing to safeguard client funds, falsifying evidence, making false statements in connection with a disciplinary matter and failing to disclose a fact necessary to correct a misapprehension. ODC then filed for reciprocal discipline based on the New Jersey disbarment order. Mr. Donegan did not respond to the RTSC. Therefore, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court issued a disbarment order on September 4, 2002.
