Respondent sought reinstatement from a November 1975 three month suspension. He had been denied reinstatement twice previously. The first denial was in May of 1978, at which time his suspension was extended to March of 1979 because of additional misconduct. A second reinstatement was denied in 1980, at which time evidence was introduced that he had threatened the Disciplinary Counsel handling the matter. It was found that he met his burden of proving that he should be reinstated. |
