Respondent was placed on inactive status on December 19, 2007 for failure to comply with his CLE requirements. Notwithstanding his inability to practice law in Pennsylvania, Respondent engaged in the unauthorized practice when he provided a limited amount of legal services in his role as General Counsel for ICT Group. The legal duties which he performed were limited to answering minor legal questions ICT had regarding approximately 6 business contracts. The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, by Order dated July 13, 2009, granted the Joinsut Petition in Support of Discipline and suspended Respondent for a period of six months. |
