The Board found that Petitioner failed to fully explain the various discrepancies in his Reinstatement Questionnaire to the satisfaction of the Board. Petitioner also mishandled a debt to another attorney and mishandled the notice of Employment to the Board. Taken alone, each instance may not have warranted the denial of reinstatement, however, the Board found that taken together, the appropriate conclusion was that Petitioner lacked the competence to return to the practice of law.
