By Opinion and Order of the Supreme Court of Kansas, filed June 26, 2009, Respondent was suspended from the practice of law in the State of Kansas for a period of one year with conditions: Respondent to make restitution to two clients in the amount of $308 each; and Respondent to undergo a reinstatement hearing before he may be reinstated. In the Matter of Steven Keith Woodring, 210 P.3d 120, 2009 WL 1811115 (Kan.).
By reciprocal Order dated November 13, 2009, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court suspended Respondent from the practice of law in Pennsylvania for “one year consistent with the Opinion and Order of the Supreme Court of Kansas.”
