Cara E. Gruszecki, a/k/a Cara Gruszecki-Smalley was suspended from the practice of law in Tennessee for one year retroactive to March 31, 2008, with six months actual suspension, and the remaining six months suspended during which Respondent is placed on probation subject to the following conditions: 1) Respondent to pay expenses and costs of $2,218.45; and 2) Respondent’s reinstatement shall be governed by TN Supreme Court Rule 9, § 19, which provides, in pertinent part, that “[a]ny attorney suspended for less than one year ... may resume practice without reinstatement after filing an affidavit ... showing that the attorney has fully complied with the conditions imposed by the judgment.” Id. § 19.1.
By Order dated March 25, 2010, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania reciprocally suspended Respondent for a period of six months.
