| Case Digest |
By order of the Supreme Court of Arizona, dated January 28, 2000, Respondent was disbarred from the practice of law in that State. His disbarment was based upon a failure to make court ordered child support payments, as well as numerous failures to communicate, act with diligence, consult with clients, return property belonging to clients, protect client interests upon termination of his representation, as well as a failure to cooperate with bar counsel.
These circumstances were reported to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court by Disciplinary Counsel August 16, 2000. By order dated September 14, 2000, the Supreme Court directed Respondent to inform the court why identical or comparable discipline would not be appropriate. When he failed to respond, the court entered a Reciprocal Disbarment order on November 13, 2000, as aforesaid. |
