Respondent was suspended for three years in Main for reasons to her relocation from Maine to Pennsylvania and, at the time of her relocation, her failure to timely communicate with some of her clients, properly monitor one client's legal matter, failure to pay storage fees at the facility which housed her closed client files and her failure to promptly pay a required refund pursuant to a decision issued by the State of Maine's Fee Arbitration Commission.
The Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania directed O'Boyle to inform the Court within 30 days of any claims she had that the imposition of identical or comparable discipline in the Commonwealth would be unwarranted and the reasons therefor.
O'Boyle filed such a response on June 9, 2010. The Office of Disciplinary Counsel filed its reply to O'Boyle's response on June 16, 2010. By Order of Court dated August 27, 2010, the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania suspended O'Boyle from the practice of law for a period of three years.
