||In one client matter, Respondent was appointed to represent the client in his appeal to Superior Court. Respondent, after obtaining two extensions to file a brief on behalf of his client and after the Court directed Respondent to file a brief, failed to do so. As a result of Respondentís failure to file a brief, the Court withdrew Respondentís representation of the client, withheld Respondentís fee and appointed new counsel. Respondent also failed to communicate with the client during the representation.
In two other matters involving one client, Respondent failed to file a brief on behalf of his client in both matters, which resulted in the dismissal of both appeals. The Court eventually reinstated the clientís appeals, removed Respondent as counsel and withheld counsel fees if Respondent was court-appointed.
Respondent consented to a public censure.
