By Order of the Supreme Court of Florida dated April 26, 2001, Thomas Ashton Edwards (“Respondent”) was disbarred from the practice of law in the State of Florida. The Florida Bar v. Thomas Ashton Edwards, 790 So.2d 1109 (2001). By Order dated September 11, 2002, the Supreme Court of Florida denied Respondent’s Motion for Clarification and/or Modification.
Respondent did not report his disbarment to the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Disciplinary Board, as required by Pa.R.D.E. 216(e).
By reciprocal Order dated December 15, 2010, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court disbarred Respondent from the practice of law in Pennsylvania.
