Respondent was disbarred from the practice of law in the State of Florida, “effective, nunc pro tunc, February 23, 2007,” which was the effective date of Respondent’s interim suspension. The Florida Bar v. Alan Benes Vlcek, 949 So.2d 200 (Fla. 2007)(interim suspension); The Florida Bar v. Alan Benes Vlcek, 966 So.2d 971 (Fla. 2007)(disbarment).
Respondent did not report his disbarment to the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Disciplinary Board, as required by Pa.R.D.E. 216(e).
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court directed Respondent to inform the Court of any claim he had that the imposition of the identical or comparable discipline in the Commonwealth would be. No response was filed.
