Respondent was suspended from practice in New Jersey for three months by order of the Supreme Court of New Jersey dated 6/11/02. This suspension was to be consecutive to an existing six-month suspension in New Jersey. In this case the Supreme Court of New Jersey found that Respondent, in three charges, engaged in gross neglect and a pattern of neglect, failed to deliver promptly to a client or third party property to which they were entitled, failed to cooperate with ethics authorities, and engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice. The suspension was not longer because the conduct took place during the same general time frame as the conduct that resulted in the prior six-month suspension. |
