Case Digest	Solomon was admitted to the Bar of Maryland on December 1, 1986. On September 2, 2010, he executed an Affidavit to a Joint Petition for Disbarment on Consent, in which he acknowledged three pending investigations, one of which involved his receipt of funds and his failure to maintain those funds pursuant to his fiduciary duties.
