By ORDER and Opinion dated July 17, 1998, the New Jersey Supreme Court disbarred Respondent FROM the practice of law in that state. In the Matter of Joel Greenberg, 155 N.J. 138, 714 A.2d 243 (1998), cert. denied, 526 U.S. 1132 (1999).
On July 1, 1999, Respondent was admitted to the Pennsylvania bar. On December 28, 1999, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court issued a rule to SHOW cause under Pa.R.D.E. 216 directing Respondent to SHOW cause why he should not be reciprocally disbarred based upon the New Jersey Order. By Per Curiam ORDER dated March 22, 2001 and published at 768 A.2d 845, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court discharged the rule to SHOW cause “for the reasons set forth in In the Matter of Iulo, 766 A.2d 335 (Pa. 2001).” |
