Court Amends Pa.R.D.E. 208(d) Regarding Rights to Oral Argument Before Disciplinary Board

By Order dated March 26, 2019, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania amended Rule 208(d) of the Pennsylvania Rules of Disciplinary Enforcement. Pa.R.D.E. 208(d)(1) is amended to allow both parties in a Disciplinary Board proceeding to have the right to submit briefs and present oral argument before a panel of Disciplinary Board members.

The new rule takes effect April 25, 2019.
