Imputed Disqualification Table Now Posted
The Disciplinary Board's October E-Newsletter included a table summarizing the provisions of the Pennsylvania Rules of Professional Conduct regarding imputed disqualification -- circumstances under which a law firm is also disqualified from a case when a lawyer in the firm is disqualified for some sort of conflict. Some recipients requested that this information be available in printable form, so a single-page, printable version of the table in Portable Document Format (PDF) has been posted here (Adobe® Acrobat® Reader required).
