Disciplinary Board Submits Annual Report for 2005

The Disciplinary Board has filed its Annual Report for 2005 with the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. In 2005, the Disciplinary Board adjudicated 347 cases, more than in any year of its 33-year history, and also implemented ten rule changes, including opening of the disciplinary system to public view, creation of two new forms of limited license, implementing discipline by consent, and requiring disclosure of the absence of malpractice coverage.
