Disciplinary Board Proposes Changes to Conservatorship Rules; Comments Due 10/31
The Disciplinary Board has proposed extensive changes to Rules 321 through 328 of the Rules of Disciplinary Enforcement, regarding conservators for absent attorneys. The changes are published at 38 Pa.B. 4504 (August 16, 2008). The deadline for comments on the changes is October 31, 2008.
