By Order of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania dated November 8, 2019, Lackawanna County attorney, David W. Harris, III (#75708), whose office address is Clarks Summit, PA, has been placed on Emergency Temporary Suspension in this Commonwealth after it has been found that his continued practice of law is causing immediate and substantial public or private harm because of his misappropriation of entrusted client funds in manifest violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct. The suspension will take effect on December 8, 2019.
