Marcee D. Sloan, Board Prothonotary of the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, was re-elected to serve a fourth term as Secretary of the National Council of Lawyer Disciplinary Boards (NCLDB) for 2020-2021 during their annual meeting in Austin, Texas.
Jesse G. Hereda, the Disciplinary Board’s Executive Director, was elected at the same meeting to serve as a NCLDB director-at-large. The NCLDB serves as a national forum for attorney discipline adjudicative agencies to exchange information and ideas in carrying out their responsibilities and duties relating to attorney discipline.
