By Order of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania dated April 16, 2024, Montgomery County attorney John P. Halfpenny (#85041) was granted reinstatement from disbarment. Reinstatement to active status is effective upon compliance with Pa.R.D.E. 218(f)(2).
