By Order of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania dated January 23, 2026, Montgomery County attorney Brian Joseph McCormick, Jr. (#81437) has been suspended on consent from the Bar of this Commonwealth for a period of three years. This Order is effective February 22, 2026.
