By Order dated December 18, 2019, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania amended Rule 205 of the Pennsylvania Rules of Disciplinary Enforcement to reconfigure the composition of the Disciplinary Board. The Disciplinary Board shall be composed of twelve members – ten Pennsylvania lawyers and two non-lawyers. Each member shall serve a single six-year term.
The amendments take effect January 17, 2020.
