By Order of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania dated December 30, 2019, Allegheny County attorney Rosendo F. Dacal (#43694), has been placed on Temporary Suspension in this Commonwealth after entering a guilty plea in the Court of Common Pleas of Washington County to the criminal offenses of Criminal Solicitation of Sexual Abuse of Children and Criminal Use of Communication Facility. The Suspension will take effect on January 29, 2020.
