By Order of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania dated February 13, 2020, Delaware County attorney Daniel P. Vermeychuk (#61537), whose registered address is Wallingford, PA, has been placed on Temporary Suspension in this Commonwealth after entering a guilty plea in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania to the criminal offenses of four counts of wire fraud, one count of Social Security fraud and one count of theft from an employee benefit or pension plan. The Suspension will take effect on March 14, 2020.
