By Order of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania dated July 27, 2020, Stephen Daniel Brinton (#94817), whose registered address is Wilmington, Delaware, has been Suspended on consent from the practice of law for a period of three years with six months to be served. The remaining two years and six months are stayed and he is placed on probation for a period of two years and six months. The suspension will take effect August 26, 2020.
