By Order of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania dated October 13, 2020, Perry County attorney, Sean Andrew Potter (#92102), whose office address is New Bloomfield, PA, has been placed on Temporary Suspension in this Commonwealth after it has been found that his continued practice of law is causing immediate and substantial public or private harm because of his misappropriation of entrusted client funds in manifest violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct. The Suspension will take effect on November 12, 2020.
