By Order of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania dated December 16, 2020, Philadelphia County attorney, Andrea Whilby Clarke (#49493), has been Disbarred on Consent after having submitted a verified Statement of Resignation in accordance with Rule 215, Pa.R.D.E. The Resignation Statement is under seal. The Disbarment will take effect on January 15, 2021.
By Order of the Supreme Court dated January 15, 2021, the December 16, 2020 Order is stayed pending resolution of Respondent’s Motion for Extension of Time to Dissolve Law Practice.
By Order of the Supreme Court dated January 26, 2021, Respondent’s Motion for Extension of Time is granted in part. The effective date of the December 16, 2020 Order is extended to February 16, 2021.
